Elite Garden Care is a family-owned gardening and landscaping business in Netherton and covers the whole of the Hauraki Plains and wider areas, like Thames and Waihi founded by Steffon Shaw and Lousie Shaw in 2019.
Steffon and Louise are both qualified gardeners with over 20+ years of experience with a wide range of knowledge and experience. Steffon worked 10+ years as a manager as a tomato grower before switching to working within a retirement village then Tauranga City Council helping to maintain high-profile gardens. Louise trained in a 3-year diploma in Horticulture, covering everything about horticulture and landscaping, Louise thrived on building up a knowledge of different plant species and design. She worked in the nursery industry building up contacts that help today in their business in sourcing the best quality and affordable plants, she also owned a landscaping business in Tauranga specializing in creating and implementing commercial and lifestyle designs.
Steffon is the main man behind the trimming and caring of gardens and lawns, Steffon loves specializing in topiary and hedge work and a good clean-up job. Louise specializes in the design work, from consultation, quoting and managing any large projects. Between them both they work together to create a wow factor in the garden.
We have two sons along with our fur friends and a small group of chickens
